One Knot.

A little clarity, in the making

Untangle
what’s next.

Bring your messy thoughts.
Leave with one clear next step.

Too much in your head and no clear place to start? Speak or type what’s on your mind. One Knot helps you find a way through.

An everyday thinking tool. In development for iPhone.

A whole tangle.
One place to begin.

Real prototype. Illustrative example.

Everything arrives
at once.

An idea. A deadline. An unanswered message. A worry about getting it wrong. Sometimes the difficult part happens before you can write the first task.

“I have too much
in my head.”01 / THE OVERFLOW
“I know what to do.
I just can’t begin.”02 / THE STARTING POINT
“Where was I
with this?”03 / THE LOST THREAD

For anyone with too much on their mind. Work, family, creative projects, everyday decisions: modern life can leave a lot to untangle. One Knot is being built to help you find a manageable next step.

We’re also designing with the needs of people with ADHD in mind. We plan to test with both people with ADHD and neurotypical people, to learn where One Knot helps and where it needs to improve.

You don’t need to
have it sorted.

Start with what’s on your mind.
Find the useful threads, together.

02 / KEEP THE PATH IN VIEW
01

Speak or type freely.

Half-finished thoughts and changes of direction are welcome. Start wherever you are.

02

Find the useful threads.

AI helps separate tasks, ideas, worries, and open questions, so you can see what needs your attention.

03

Make the next step manageable.

Focus on one action. Make it smaller if you need to. The rest of the plan stays available.

Screens from the working prototype. Example project content; the interface will evolve.

A helping hand.
A lighter head.

One Knot is being built to help you get back to your life. Use it when you need support, and leave when you have what you need.

Start before the plan.

Bring the material you haven’t organised yet. You don’t need a tidy task list to begin.

Small enough to start.

Break an intimidating step into smaller actions, until there’s a useful place to begin.

Pick up the thread.

Return to saved conversations. Report what changed and reconsider what comes next.

Done for now is enough.

A natural end to a useful session. No streaks or pressure to keep checking.

The goal is a next step you can take outside the app.

Taking shape.
One step at a time.

A working iPhone prototype today.
A private beta is the next major goal.
